These terms apply when you visit watchfiwn.com or use the signed-in watchFIWN app at watchfiwn.cc. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for content you own or have permission to process.

The app requires Google login. You are responsible for keeping your Google account and device secure and for activity under your watchFIWN session.

You keep ownership of the videos, audio, subtitles, captions, brand settings, and project material you upload or create. You grant watchFIWN the limited permission needed to host, process, transcribe, edit, preview, render, export, and support that material.

Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or that violates another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights.

Automatic subtitles, translations, timings, and caption styling tools can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing text, timing, language, claims, and final exports before publishing them.

watchFIWN may change available formats, animations, limits, processing providers, and export options as the product evolves.

Free, Basic, Pro, and other plans may include usage limits, quotas, watermarks, export options, queue behavior, and feature access. Current plan details are shown in the app or during checkout.

Payments may be processed by Razorpay, PayPal, or another payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to follow the provider terms that apply to your payment method.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe there is abuse, security risk, payment failure, illegal activity, policy violation, or harm to the service or other users.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect transcription accuracy, or that exports will meet every platform requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, watchFIWN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
