watchFIWN provides an online subtitle generation, caption editing, and export workspace for creators. The public website is available at watchfiwn.com and the signed-in app is available at watchfiwn.cc.

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile picture. We use this to create your account, protect access, and show your profile in the app.

When you use the app, we may process uploaded videos, audio, subtitles, project settings, export history, plan details, support messages, and app activity needed to provide the service.

We may collect technical information such as domain, device type, browser, country-level traffic data, request logs, cookies, localStorage data, and error information to keep the service reliable and secure.

We use account and project information to provide login, upload, transcription, caption styling, export, billing, quota, support, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and product improvement features.

Uploaded videos, generated subtitles, and project files are used to perform the actions you request. We do not sell your uploaded videos or generated captions.

Traffic and diagnostic information helps us understand reliability, prevent abuse, and improve the public website and private app.

Payments may be handled through providers such as Razorpay and PayPal. Those providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies. watchFIWN stores only the payment, plan, subscription, transaction, refund, and webhook information needed to operate billing and support.

Google provides OAuth login. Transcription or media services may process your files only as needed to provide the requested app function.

If you are in India, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for personal data, subject to applicable law, fraud prevention, security, accounting, tax, and legal retention needs.

To make a privacy request, email info@watchfiwn.cc from the email connected to your account. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Sessions use signed HttpOnly cookies where possible. We also use operational controls, admin access protection, and limited internal access to protect user and project information.

We keep account, project, billing, audit, and support data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You can request deletion by contacting support.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
