Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains how watchFIWN handles subscription cancellations, duplicate payments, failed payments, and refund requests.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

01

Subscriptions

Paid plans may renew automatically through the payment provider used at checkout, such as Razorpay or PayPal. You can request cancellation support by emailing info@watchfiwn.cc from the email connected to your account.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals where supported by the payment provider. Unless required by law or expressly approved by support, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.

02

Refund requests

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may approve refunds for duplicate payments, accidental charges reported quickly, failed service access after payment, or other support-confirmed billing errors.

Refunds may be declined where the plan was used substantially, exports or transcription credits were consumed, abuse is suspected, or the request falls outside the payment provider window.

03

Failed or duplicate payments

If Razorpay, PayPal, your bank, or card network shows a failed, pending, or duplicate payment, contact support with the transaction reference, payment email, amount, currency, and date.

Some failed or pending payments are automatically reversed by the bank or payment provider. Timelines depend on the provider and banking network.

04

Processing refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on Razorpay, PayPal, banks, card networks, and any compliance checks.

We may deduct or decline partial-period refunds where permitted, especially when subscription access, transcription, export, or storage resources have already been used.

How to contact us

Email info@watchfiwn.cc with your account email, payment provider, transaction ID, payment date, amount, currency, and the reason for the request.

This policy is an India-focused first draft and should be reviewed for final entity details, taxes, GST treatment, consumer law, and payment provider requirements.
